Breath

The breath is very important when speaking, but also in other situations the breath is essential. When breathing is not going well, all kinds of complaints can arise, such as hyperventilation, dizziness, fatigue. With respiratory therapy we work on awareness of the breathing and learning to deal with tensions related to breathing and shortness of breath. We work with the help of exercises, awareness and theoretical knowledge to get the best possible grip on the breath.
